All items are subject to the returns policy below:

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and still in original packaging and returned within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Worldwide returns can be made within 28 days of purchase.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE BLACK SECURITY RIBBON HAS BEEN REMOVED. PARTIAL OR NO REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED WHEN:

• Item is not in its original condition, damaged or is unable to be re-sold for reasons not due to our error.

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed, once received. If the return passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the same account as the purchase payment made. Refund payments can take between 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
